Ina L. Buffkin, 73, of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away peacefully at home on December 27, 2015, after a five year battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loved ones as her beautiful soul left us to join God.

Over the next 15 years Ina and Charles moved many times across the United States and eventually returned to the Tidewater area with their five children in 1978.
