The Virginia Beach City Council deferred votes Tuesday on two proposed housing developments.

The first, Old Beach Village, was kicked to the city’s Economic Development Authority at Councilman John Uhrin’s request following concerns from residents, including that it was rushed.

The second, Princess Anne Meadows, was delayed until Jan. 5 after being brought to the council too early.
