Domingo Ringor Betiong

Domingo Ringor Betiong, 72, of Virginia Beach, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020.

Born in Camiling, Philippines, he was the son of the late Alfonso J. Betiong Sr. and Maria Agustin Ringor Betiong. In the Philippines, he retired from civil service with the U.S. Embassy (GS-12).

Additionally, he retired as a top-rated store manager from 7-Eleven. He attended St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church and was a member of United Ilocano Association of Tidewater.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 48 years, Carmen L. Betiong; three sons, Don Stephen L. Betiong, and his wife, Deborah, Alfonso Leybag Betiong III and Karl Dominique L. Betiong, and his wife, Charmaine, all of Virginia Beach; daughter, Doreen L. Betiong McCord, and her husband, Jay, of Virginia Beach; five grandchildren, Adam James Baxter of Virginia Beach, Selena Marie Betiong and Alysa Renee Betiong, both of California, Tia Elizabeth Betiong of Virginia Beach and Alfonso Joaquin Betiong IV of California; seven siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be available for family and friends from 2 to 9 p.m., Thursday, April 16, at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. A private funeral service will be held Friday, April 17, followed by interment in Colonial Grove Memorial Park.
