John Benjamin Bliley, 87, of Virginia Beach, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019.
Born in Richmond, he moved at age 7 to spend the rest of his life in Virginia Beach. He worked as a television technician back in the days of console cabinets and tube TVs. He enjoyed a career working for Prices, RCA and 25 years at Sears.
