Nicholas Deshawn Whitehurst, of Virginia Beach, went home to glory on Nov. 7, 2015, at the age of 23.
He was born Sept. 21, 1992, in Virginia Beach. He was preceded in death by his father, Rickey Owens.
Nicholas was a 2009 graduate of First Colonial High School, Virginia Beach. He was employed at Forrest Sewer Pump Service as a field tech. He was a member of the Street Beast Motorcycle Club and he loved riding his motorcycle.
He leaves to cherish his memories two sons, Tristen Whitehurst and Domario “Spark” Sanderson Jr.; his mother, Debbie Whitehurst; one sister, Debra Whitehurst; six brothers, David, Devon, Derrick, Nathan, Neville and Navin Whitehurst; grandparents, Stanley Whitehurst Sr. and Maddiebell Dawson; a special friend, Bre’ahsha Rogers; supervision, John Forrest; stepfathers, Jessie Tyler and William Roberson; and a host of other relatives and special friends.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, 2015, at Beach Funeral and Cremation Services. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015, at Grace River Church, 5045 Indian River Road.
