Norfolk hosts free active threat response seminar

NORFOLK –The city’s Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response is offering a free active threat response training seminar to all downtown businesses and property owners.

What you will learn:

•    Recognizing and dealing with hostile situations
•    Preparedness tips
•    You called 911, now what?
•    ‘Stop the Bleed’ and hands-only CPR

Date: Monday, July 22
Location: Dominion Enterprises, 150 Granby St., 20th Floor, York Room
Session 1: 9:30 a.m. – Noon
Session 2: 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
