The Norfolk Public library is joining in on celebrating this author and illustrator

NORFOLK — The city’s public library system is joining the Chrysler Museum of Art in celebrating children’s author and illustrator Eric Carle.

Currently the Chrysler Museum has a special exhibit on Carle from now until Sept. 8 called Moonlit Nights & Other Illustrations.

To join in on the fun, the public library will be hosting several special story times and activities featuring Carle’s books and illustrations.

All of the events are free and open to the public.

Those planning to attend one of the library events should arrive early to guarantee a spot.

The Chrysler Museum exhibit is also open and free to the public which includes the Carle exhibit.
