It’s that time of year again when the Girl Scouts stop selling door-to-door and start selling at cookie booths around the area.

Starting on Feb. 17, Girl Scout cookie lovers will be able to find cookies for sale at booths around Virginia Beach and Norfolk.

According to the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast’s website, when customers buy a box of delicious Girl Scout Cookies, they’re powering amazing, year-round experiences for every GIRL (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-Taker, Leader) extraordinaire in your community.

All of the proceeds from cookie sales stay local and are reinvested in girls, according to the Girl Scouts.

Every so often the Girl Scouts will release a new cookie so check out their Meet the Cookies page to find out what they’re selling this year.

In order to make things easier for customers to find cookies near them, they can type in their zip code on this website to find out when, where and what time the booths will be held.

The list is updated periodically online, so be sure to check out cookielocator.littlebrownie.com to make sure the cookie booth is still going to be there.

Customers can also find out which troop will be at which booth.

The Girl Scouts also have an app that people can download to find cookies on the go.

Just download the Girl Scout Cookie Finder App on iOS or Android.
