Beach Breach Weekly: Ladies of the city

This week features women wanted by Virginia Beach police

VIRGINIA BEACH — Southside Daily has partnered with the city’s police department and the Virginia Beach Crime Solvers to raise awareness about persons of interest in the city.

Crime Solvers is a nonprofit organization that accepts completely anonymous tips from residents about criminal activity. Information from tipsters is shared with police, but remains completely anonymous — no identifying information of sources is ever disclosed and the anonymity of tipsters is protected by state law.

A quick note: After Southside Daily published a Beach Breach story on June 19, Joseph Stover — a man featured in the piece who authorities said failed to pay child support — was arrested after an anonymous tip received by police.

Amanda Elaine Hall, 35, is wanted for contempt of court after failing to report for weekend jail issued for a probation violation, police said.

Her last known address is on McKinley Avenue in Chesapeake. Police said Hall has tattoos of a butterfly on her back and the name “Neil” on her thigh – she also has other tattoos on her neck and stomach.

Christina Elizabeth Parker, 39, is wanted for grand larceny, police said. Her last known address was on Five Forks Road in Virginia Beach.

Samantha Witt Skipwith, 33, is wanted for failing to appear in court after her third marijuana possession charge, police said. She was last known to live in Norfolk, but police said they are not aware of her recent address.

Jarai Michele Forney, 27, is wanted for failing to appear in court after being charged with driving on a suspended license, police said. Her last known address was on Gadwall Place in Virginia Beach.

Aviance Yasmine Alston-Green, 22, is wanted for violating a protective order twice, police said. Her last known address was on Somerton Place in Virginia Beach.

Bianca Demetrice Cowell, 24, is wanted for concealment and failing to appear in court after being charged with driving on a suspended license, police said. Cowell has a tattoo of a dream catcher on her right leg, praying hands on her chest, and a tattoo on her shoulder of the word “BOSS,” police said. Her last known address was on Wetherington Drive in Virginia Beach.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about any of these people to contact Virginia Beach Crime Solvers.

Anyone with information can call 888-LOCK-U-UP (888-562-5887). Tipsters can also submit a tip through the P3Tips website or by downloading the P3 Tips app available in Apple iTunes and Google Play stores.

Tipsters could also be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000 if their information leads to an arrest.
