VIRGINIA BEACH — Southside Daily has partnered with the city’s police department and the Virginia Beach Crime Solvers to raise awareness about persons of interest in the city. Crime Solvers is nonprofit organization that accepts completely anonymous tips from residents about criminal activity. Information from tipsters is shared with police, but remains completely anonymous — no identifying information of sources is ever disclosed and the anonymity of Crime Solvers’ tipsters is protected by state law.
Here’s this week’s list:
Selvin Isai Blanco Urbina, 29, is wanted for failure to appear on a grand larceny charge, and has been wanted since 2014, police said. Selvin has previously worked for an auto repair shop and used to live on Champlain Lane in Virginia Beach.
Police said Anthony Bernard Fullington II, 26, is wanted for failure to appear on a felony charge of prostitution, which is related to a charge of receiving money from earnings of prostitution, as well as a probation violation and failure to comply with pretrial release. Police said Fullington was last known to live on Pretty Lake Avenue in Norfolk.
Police said Kenneth Ryan Reed, 39, is wanted for failure to appear on a drug possession charge and for failure to comply with his pretrial release. Reed is known to work in construction and has a previous address on Royale Park in Norfolk, police said.
Kiemardric Gerrell Brown, 35, is wanted for DUI, refusing to take a breathalyzer test, driving on a suspended or revoked license, following too closely, felony eluding police and felony possession of controlled substances, police said. The charges are the result of an attempt to elude police that resulted in a crash, police said. Brown was last known to live on Fremont Avenue in Norfolk.
Kenneth Chase Frankiewicz, 25, is wanted for grand larceny as a result of a theft of a camera that occurred in November 2017, police said. Frankiewicz had a last known address of Bayhead Drive in Virginia Beach but police said he has apparently moved.

Tipsters will remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000 if their information leads to an arrest.
