This 7-Eleven in Norfolk was robbed, and the suspect got away

NORFOLK — Police are investigating a Monday night robbery of a Norfolk convenience store.

According to the Norfolk Police Department, an armed man robbed a 7-Eleven, 1115 Colonial Ave., around 11:40 p.m. The suspect fled the location on foot before police arrived.

Police say the man is in his mid-to-late 20s and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, jeans, white sneakers and glasses. He wore a mask during the robbery, according to the NPD.
