Virginia Beach police searching for man accused of flashing girl

VIRGINIA BEACH — Police are looking for a man accused of flashing a girl in Virginia Beach Wednesday.

The juvenile girl was walking in the 4400 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard just after 10 a.m. when the man allegedly jumped out of nearby bushes and flashed her. An off-duty police officer chased the man, but didn’t catch him, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.

The man is described as being between 25 and 35 years old, of medium height, with a small frame and brown hair. He was wearing khaki shorts, a teal shirt and thick glasses, according to the VBPD.
