Meet Jeramy Biggie, owner of Commonwealth Brewing Co.; a local, family owned, full production brewery in Chic’s Beach located in a fully renovated Fire and Rescue station near the Chesapeake Bay.
Do you have a nickname? What is it?
J: My last name – Biggie.
What is one food that you will not eat?
J: I once got massive food poisoning from Hongeohoe, a raw fish dish in South Korea.
What was your favorite movie?
J: The Boondock Saints – the first one, not the second one.
If someone was to give you a gift (money’s no object) what would you want?
J: I am never happier than with a new surf board and then maybe a trip to Fiji.
What is your biggest fear?
J: Swimming under frozen water.
What is the one quality you admire most in others?
J: Generosity and mutual respect.
Where is the next place you want to visit?
J: I would like to go to Belgium and spend some quality time there.
If you had to pick one place in town to take a tourist, where would it be?
J: I would take them on an Oyster tour in the Lynnhaven Inlet.
Describe your perfect day off.
J: Being out on the water or on the flats with my kids and my wife playing all day.
