Do you have a nickname? What is it?
S: Salai Lama – one of my friends I worked with started calling me that because I travel to Asia so much.

What is one food that you will not eat?
S: There is one food I will not eat again – I will taste everything several times to make sure, but fruit bat curry did not win me over.

What was your favorite movie?
S: Doctor Zhivago

If someone was to give you a gift (money’s no object) what would you want?
S: Either an Airplane or solving world hunger. I don’t need anything, I have everything that I want.

What is your biggest fear?
S: I don’t have many fears.

What is the one quality you admire most in others?
S: Honesty – straightforward honesty.

Where is the next place you want to visit?
S: That’s a long list. Uruguay, Peru and Ecuador and I’ve always wanted to go to Easter Island. There a lot of things I want to see in South America.

If you had to pick one place in town to take a tourist, where would it be?
S: I would probably take them golfing at Red Wing or of course the beach.

Describe your perfect day off.
S: I would get up and do a very early yoga class at Oceanfront Yoga, go golfing, out to lunch at Eurasia and have my favorite food (fish, salad and some wine). Then I would go to the beach after lunch for a couple of hours between 5-7 pm and take a book to read at the beach. Then I would go to Beach movie bistro that evening.
