Frankie Mae Spillers, 79, died Thursday, April 6, 2017. She was a native of Rocky Mount, N.C., and a resident of Hampton Roads most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Frank and Frances Hallford McLemore.

Mrs. Spillers retired from the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company after 30 years employment as an assignment clerk. She was a Maury High School graduate and a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.

Survivors include her three sons, Robert A. Thibault of Virginia Beach, Raymond R. Thibault, and his wife, Joy, of Seymour, Tenn., and Donald W. Thibault, and his wife, Michelle, of Virginia Beach; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and daughter-in-law, Ruthann Thibault of Suffolk.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, at the funeral home with entombment in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
