52-year-old motorcyclist dies in Virginia Beach crash Tuesday

VIRGINIA BEACH — Police are investigating an accident that killed a motorcyclist in Virginia Beach on Tuesday night.

The crash happened around 5:24 p.m. on General Booth Boulevard at Dam Neck Station Road when Richard Calvin Duvall, 52, was changing lanes and hit a car that was stopped in the road, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
