Norfolk police identify two men killed in separate shootings

Two men are dead after separate overnight shootings in Norfolk, police said.

The first shooting was reported shortly after midnight in the Berkley section of the city. Police arrived to the 600 block of East Liberty Street where they found a male victim lying in the Shop ‘N Go parking lot. He was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The victim was identified Tuesday evening as 41-year-old Tony Boulos. Boulos worked at Shop ‘N Go, police said.

Later, around 1:30 a.m., another shooting was reported in the 1500 block of Azalea Garden Road.

Upon arrival, police found Mike Watson, 21, lying on the street. Watson was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
