Pedestrian killed in accident on Virginia Beach Boulevard identified

A man died Friday afternoon after he was hit by a car on Virginia Beach Boulevard.

Jack Lehman, 75, of Virginia Beach, was hit on the 4100 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard.

The westbound lanes were temporarily closed while police investigated the incident.

Police said no charges are being filed against the driver at this time.
