The 32nd Annual Grand Illumination Parade will be held in Downtown Norfolk on Nov. 19 at 7 p.m.

Themed “Winter Wonderland,” this year’s parade will feature giant balloons, marching bands, animal brigades, motorized units, walking units, floats, Santa Claus, and more. Starting from the corner of St. Paul’s Blvd. and Main Street, the parade will follow the annual Grand Illumination that lights up the entire downtown skyline.

The event, sponsored by Nordstrom and produced by the Downtown Norfolk Council, is free and open to the public, but reserved seating is available for $10 per seat. Tickets can be purchased online at www.holidaysinthecity.net/parade/street-seats or at the Downtown Norfolk Council office, 223 E. City Hall Avenue on Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Following the parade, enjoy the festive decorations, restaurant specials, and holiday shopping deals that will be available throughout the season in Downtown Norfolk and Olde Town Portsmouth. For a complete list of activities visit holidaysinthecity.net.
