NORFOLK – Kenneth Loy Shultz, 52, of Norfolk took his last fishing trip on Oct. 5, 2016 after a long courageous battle with cancer.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents Robert and Constance Pennington; wife, Michelle; their children, Caroline and Louis Sleeper, Thomas Shultz, Elizabeth and Ryan Warner, Tyler Shultz; his three grandchildren, Grant, Stella and one grandson due in February 2017; his sister, Theresa Whitfield and nephew, Joshua; his brother, Charles Pennington and nephews, Chaz and Zach; his mother-in law, Deniese Fulgham; and sister–in-law, Lisa Hunsucker and nieces Kyleigh and Josephine. As well as extended family and close friends.

A celebration of life will be held 12 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, 2016 at the Ocean View Fishing Pier, 400 West Ocean View Ave., Norfolk, Va. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ocean View Kiwanis, to sponsor children at the Ocean View Fishing Pier, “ Little Fisherman’s Camp,” P.O. Box 8264 Norfolk, 23503.
