Norfolk police looking for 7-Eleven armed robbery suspect

Norfolk police are looking for a man who robbed a convenience store at gunpoint Wednesday evening.

At 6:55 p.m., a man with a shotgun robbed a 7-Eleven on the 3600 block of Sewells Point Road, according to a release from the Norfolk Police Department. No one was injured.

The suspect, who was wearing blue pants and a grey sweatshirt on top of a black hooded sweatshirt is described as roughly six-foot-tall African-American man.

Anyone with information about the robbery or the man in the photograph released by the police should call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
