Mark Randall Arbour, 56, passed away on July 30, 2016.

He was born Jan. 11, 1960, in Charleston, S.C., the son of the late Robert Arbour. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Roslyn Arbour; his uncle, Kenneth Childers; and a great-niece, Ashlynn Williams.

Mark leaves behind two stepsons, Karl and Kevin Isler; two stepdaughters, Kristy and Kimberly Isler; numerous grandchildren; his mother, Wanda Arbour; a brother, Steven Arbour, of Norfolk, Va.; two sisters, Sheila Spurlock (David) of Temple, Texas, and Sherrie Epperson of Sevierville, Tenn.; nieces, Amber Brock (Paul) of Norfolk, Va., Brittany Porad of Newport, Vt., Lauren Williams (Christopher) of Bryan, Texas, and Taylor Spurlock, of College Station, Texas; many aunts, uncles and cousins, and a host of friends.

The family offers special thanks to the staff who cared for Mark at Sentara Leigh Memorial Hospital in Norfolk, Va., and to all who have been there for Mark and his family at this time and during his illness.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016, at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk, Va. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 4, also at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
